You have 15 days from the date of purchase to process an exchange. You must fill out a request for an approval before returning any orders. Once approved, you will be emailed a Return Authorization number within 3 business days. The RA number must be indicated on the outside of your package. All Returns without a RA number will not be processed and will be bounced back to sender.

Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receipt to our warehouse. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for all exchanges to be re shipped.

Please use a form of shipment that includes tracking number to confirm receipt of your return. We are not responsible for missing/lost packages and will not process exchanges for merchandise we do not receive. Any lost packages, you must file a claim with the courier used to ship your return.
